Updated October 22, 2026

At a glance

  • Download one ZIP with your items, every photo, and upload steps for your EstateSales.org shop.
  • Title, description, buy-now price, and SKU fill EstateSales.org's own upload template.
  • Every photo is named by lot, with the main photo as the cover.
  • Lot IDs come from your SKUs, so uploading a newer export updates items instead of adding copies.
  • Export the whole estate or just the rooms you want in the shop.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Price your items

Only priced items export, since every shop item needs a buy-now price. Unpriced items are left out and EstateFlow tells you how many.

  2. 02

    Export from EstateFlow

Open the estate, click Export inventory, and choose EstateSales.org. Export the whole estate or a single room.

  3. 03

    Unzip the download

You get items.csv, an images folder with every photo named by lot, and a README with these steps.

  4. 04

    Upload your items

In your sale on EstateSales.org, go to Items and click Bulk Upload Items. Upload items.csv when the wizard asks for your item list.

  5. 05

    Upload the photos

When the wizard asks for images, select everything in the images folder and upload. Each photo lands on its item by file name.

  6. 06

    Finish in your shop

Set categories and shipping for your items on EstateSales.org, then open the shop.

Why sell in an EstateSales.org shop

EstateSales.org is one of the original estate sale listing sites, and shoppers know the name. Its online shop lets buyers purchase pieces at a set price before, during, or after your sale, right alongside your sale listing.

Filling a shop by hand means typing every item and uploading every photo one at a time. You already photographed, described, and priced everything in EstateFlow, so the export packages it the way EstateSales.org's bulk upload expects.

What's in the ZIP

The EstateSales.org export ZIP with items.csv, README.txt, and an images folder where photos are named by lot, like 30001.001.jpg as the cove
Your items and every photo, ready for Bulk Upload.
  • items.csv: EstateSales.org's own item template with lot ID, SKU, title, description, buy-now price, and a quantity of 1 for each item.
  • images folder: every photo of every item, named by lot. 30001.001.jpg is the cover photo for lot 30001, and 30001.002.jpg is its second photo.
  • README.txt: the upload steps, so whoever runs the upload has them in hand.

EstateSales.org only takes JPG and PNG photos, so anything else is converted to JPG for you. Your main photo is always the cover.

Update without duplicates

Each item's lot ID comes from its EstateFlow SKU. If you change prices or add items and export again, uploading the newer file to the same sale updates the items already there instead of adding copies.

SKUs normally start with zeros, which spreadsheets strip, so the leading zeros are dropped from the lot ID. The full SKU still travels in its own column.

A first upload and a newer export side by side: lot 30001's price changes from $340 to $300 in place, and a new item, lot 30004, is added
Export again and items update in place.

What you finish on EstateSales.org

Categories and shipping are left for you to set in your shop. Items upload with shipping turned off, so turn it on for anything you're willing to ship.

Good to know

Four steps: export and unzip, upload items.csv in Bulk Upload Items, upload the images folder, then set categories and shipping and open the shop
From download to open shop.
  • You need an EstateSales.org sale with its online shop to upload into.
  • Upload items.csv before the photos, so the items exist when the photos arrive.
  • Items without a price or a SKU are left out, and EstateFlow tells you how many.
  • If a photo can't be downloaded while the ZIP is built, EstateFlow tells you how many were missed.
  • This is a file you export and upload. No EstateSales.org account connection is needed.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as EstateSales.NET?

No. EstateSales.org and EstateSales.NET are separate sites. EstateFlow connects to EstateSales.NET directly, and exports a ZIP for your EstateSales.org shop.

Can I upload again after changing prices?

Yes. Lot IDs come from your SKUs, so uploading a newer export to the same sale updates those items instead of adding duplicates.

How many photos come with each item?

All of them: the main photo as the cover, plus every extra angle taken in the EstateFlow mobile app.

Do items ship?

Items upload with shipping turned off. Turn it on in your EstateSales.org shop for anything you're willing to ship.
