Export to marketplaces and auctions

Send the right pieces online, without retyping them.

Some items sell better on eBay, in your Shopify store, or at auction. Export them from the same catalog in the format each platform imports, with prices, photos, and descriptions already filled in.

eBay

eBay

Draft listings for Seller Hub, most of the way done.

Category suggestions
Categories are suggested from eBay’s own category list for each item.
Item specifics filled in
Required and recommended specifics are filled for you to review. Measurements are only guessed if you opt in.
Photos and condition
Up to 12 photos per item, with condition mapped to eBay’s values like New, Used, or For parts.
Titles that fit
Titles are kept within eBay’s 80-character limit.
  • Listings arrive as drafts. Upload the file in Seller Hub → Reports → Uploads, then publish from eBay.
Shopify

Shopify

A product file for Shopify’s product import.

One item, one product
Each item becomes its own product with price, SKU, quantity, and main photo.
Safe by default
Products import unpublished, with overselling blocked.
  • Only the main photo is included. Vendor, product type, and tags are left blank for you to fill in.
LiveAuctioneers

LiveAuctioneers

A bulk upload file with estimates, reserves, and buy-now prices worked out from your price.

Recommended pricing
Estimates from 75% to 125% of your price, reserve at 75%, buy-now at 125%.
Conservative pricing
Estimates from 65% to 110%, reserve at 85%, no buy-now.
Aggressive pricing
Estimates from 85% to 150%, reserve at 65%, buy-now at 150%.
Starting bids
Starting bid is half the low estimate, rounded to whole dollars.
Photos and references
Up to four photos per lot, with your SKU as the lot reference.
Titles that fit
Titles are shortened at a word boundary to fit, and you’re told how many were.
  • Items without a price are left out, and the export tells you how many.
HiBid

HiBid / Auction Flex 360

One ZIP with your lots, every photo named by lot, and import instructions.

Lots numbered for you
Lots are numbered from 1 with titles kept within Auction Flex’s 50-character limit.
Estimates and starting bids
Low and high estimates and starting bids use the same pricing approaches as LiveAuctioneers.
All photos, named by lot
Every photo is included and named so Auction Flex attaches it to the right lot.
Consignor and SKU
Each lot carries the client name as consignor and the EstateFlow SKU.
  • Import takes two steps in Auction Flex 360: the lots file, then the photos.
  • Reserves and buy-now prices aren’t included. Set them in Auction Flex. Items without a price are left out.

Good to know

Before you start

  • Each export is a file you upload on the platform, not a live connection to your account.
  • eBay listings land as drafts and Shopify products import unpublished, so nothing goes live until you publish it.
