Upload it in your POS. Items arrive with name, SKU, and price.

Ring up items at checkout. A MISC open-price item covers anything uncataloged.

Import Square or Clover sales after the sale to match them back to inventory.
Square
A catalog file for Square’s item import, and sales import from Square’s reports.
- Ready for checkout
- Items come in with name, SKU, price, category, and stock for each location you choose.
- No accidental merges
- Items with the same name get their SKU added so Square keeps them separate.
- Sales matched to inventory
- Sales lines match by SKU first, then title. Anything unmatched is flagged for review.
- Fees split per item
- Processing fees from the transactions report are spread across each sale’s items.
- Pick your terminals
- Choose which locations and devices to include when one Square account runs several sales.
- The catalog file doesn’t include photos.
- Sales import needs two Square reports: Items Detail and Transactions.
Clover
An inventory workbook for Clover’s import, and sales import from Clover’s line items.
- Complete workbook
- Items, modifier groups, categories, and tax rates sheets, laid out the way Clover expects.
- Room as alternate name
- The item’s room or location rides along so staff can find it.
- Unique names
- Clover needs unique item names, so duplicates get their SKU added automatically.
- Sales matched to inventory
- Line items match by SKU first. Unmatched lines are flagged so you can sort them out.
- The inventory workbook doesn’t include photos.
PayPal Point of Sale
A product file in PayPal Point of Sale’s (Zettle) bulk import template.
- Name, SKU, price, category
- Each item carries its EstateFlow SKU, your price, and its category.
- Unique names
- PayPal rejects duplicate product names, so duplicates get their SKU added.
- The file doesn’t include photos or stock counts.
- Importing PayPal sales back for settlement isn’t available yet.

- These are files you export and import yourself, not a live connection. No POS account link is needed.
- Sales import works with Square and Clover. Settlement is included with Pro.
