Description and terms
Write them yourself, or start from a draft EstateFlow writes from your inventory. Saving sends them straight to the listing.
Your call on go-live

The photos

Every photo arrives already described. Picking which ones to feature takes seconds.

Descriptions come with them
Each photo goes up with the item’s title and description as its caption. You described it once in EstateFlow; you never retype it.

The picker sorts by price, and Top 25 by price selects your most valuable pieces instantly.
Filter by room
Narrow the picker to a room, then pick by hand.
No duplicates
Retake a photo and the item is marked Photo changed. Send it again and the new one replaces the old.
House photos too
Upload shots that aren’t inventory, like the exterior or a room overview.
Keeps going in the background
Close the panel mid-upload. It picks up where it left off when you come back.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need my own EstateSales.NET account?

Yes. EstateFlow connects to your company account using your Org ID and an API key, both found in your EstateSales.NET company settings. The workspace owner sets it up once.

Does EstateFlow publish my sale?

No. EstateFlow creates a draft and fills it in. You set the dates and publish on EstateSales.NET when you’re ready.

How many photos are sent per item?

Each item’s main photo, captioned with its title and description. You can also upload house and room photos that aren’t inventory.

What if I change a photo after sending it?

The item is marked Photo changed in the picker. Send it again and the new photo replaces the old one on your listing.
