Export to marketplaces and auctions

Sell estate sale inventory online without retyping it.

Some items sell better on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, your Shopify store, or at auction. Export them from the same catalog in the format each platform imports, with prices, photos, and descriptions already filled in.

Full eBay walkthrough

Categories are suggested from eBay’s own category list for each item.
Item specifics filled in

Photos and condition
Up to 12 photos per item, with condition mapped to eBay’s values like New, Used, or For parts.
Titles that fit
Titles are kept within eBay’s 80-character limit.
Facebook Marketplace

Facebook Marketplace

Facebook’s own bulk upload sheet, filled in, with each listing’s photo ready to add.

Full Facebook Marketplace walkthrough
Their sheet, filled in
Title, price, condition, and description in Facebook’s bulk upload template.
50 listings per batch
Facebook takes 50 listings per sheet, so the ZIP has one folder per 50 items.
Photos numbered by row
The bulk upload doesn’t take photos, so each main photo is numbered to match its row. Add it on Facebook.
SKU in every listing
Each description ends with the item’s SKU, so sales can be matched back.
EstateSales.org

EstateSales.org

One ZIP for the Bulk Upload Items tool in your EstateSales.org online shop.

Full EstateSales.org walkthrough
Their template, filled in
Title, description, buy-now price, and SKU in the exact columns EstateSales.org imports.
All photos, named by lot
Every photo is included and named so EstateSales.org attaches it to the right item, with the main photo as the cover.
Re-upload without duplicates
Lot IDs come from your SKUs, so uploading a newer export updates existing items instead of adding copies.
Shopify

Shopify

A product file for Shopify’s product import.

Full Shopify walkthrough
One item, one product
Each item becomes its own product with price, SKU, quantity, and main photo.
Safe by default
Products import unpublished, with overselling blocked.
LiveAuctioneers

LiveAuctioneers

A bulk upload file with estimates, reserves, and buy-now prices worked out from your price.

Full LiveAuctioneers walkthrough

Photos and references
Up to four photos per lot, with your SKU as the lot reference.
Titles that fit
Titles are shortened at a word boundary to fit, and you’re told how many were.
HiBid

HiBid / Auction Flex 360
